Designed for relaxation, this contemporary self-catering lodge comfortably accommodates four guests (with the option to sleep two more), providing absolutely everything you need for a perfect getaway.

The Space

• Open-Plan Living: A bright and inviting lounge and dining area featuring a comfortable corner sofa, television, and a dining table perfect for sharing meals.

• Well-Equipped Kitchen: Seamlessly connected to the living space, the modern kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster, alongside an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

• Private Deck & Hot Tub: Step through the lounge patio doors onto a fully enclosed, private decking area. Relax on the outdoor furniture or unwind in the sunken hot tub, complete with jet controls and ambient underwater lighting.

• Master Bedroom: A restful space featuring a plush double bed, ample storage, and the added convenience of an en-suite W.C. and washbasin.

• Twin Bedroom: Features two comfortable single beds and a wardrobe with built-in drawers.

• Family Bathroom: A modern, fresh space featuring a separate walk-in shower enclosure, W.C., and washbasin.

Lodge Rules & Need-to-Knows

To ensure a wonderful stay for you and your neighbours, please keep the following in mind:

• Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, this must be requested in advance with Premier Stays Fife (an additional fee applies).

• Hot Tub Safety: For everyone's safety, strictly no glass bottles or tumblers are allowed in or around the hot tub. Please use the plastic drinkware provided.

• Quiet Hours: Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. A strict no-noise policy is in place after 10:00 PM.

• Parking: There is private parking for up to two cars directly at the lodge, alongside brand-new EV charging points on-site. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the main resort car park.

• Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the lodge. You are welcome to smoke outside, but please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.
