St Anne's is a fantastic archetypal, pantiled, holiday accommodation in Crail, Fife. It has been renovated to a high standard throughout, with an attached secret bunker which can be used as an extra living space or a safe area to let the kids entertain themselves during your family holiday.The holiday rental is situated behind the historic Toll Booth with lots of attractions close by, perfect for a dog friendly escape during any season. The local shops, traditional Scottish pubs and lovely beaches are an easy walk from the cottage in Crail.
The cottage sleeps up to six adults and two children. There is a good-sized living room with a wood/coal burning open fire, a master bedroom with a double/twin bed, a further twin/double with ensuite and a twin bedroom. The bunkhouse contains a bunk bed, ideally suited for children. During your stay, not only are you surrounded by beautiful beaches and easy access to the Fife coastal path, but you have full use of the large south-facing garden.

Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.
We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.
If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:
- Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
- Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.
For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.

"We are regular visitors to Crail and have stayed in quite a few wonderful cottages in the village. St Anne's is outstanding, perfect, superb. We we're a multi-generational party aged from 11-80 plus dog. The cottage was perfect for everyone, the boys loved the bunk room and the garden was adored by everyone. Everything is on hand and the facilities in the village made for a really special week. We hope to be back soon. "

" Sad to be going home after a lovely 4-night break. St Anne's cottage provided a lovely, cosy, comfortable place to stay. Has everything you would need- a wee home away from home. The weather was kind to us, so the kids could enjoy the garden. Thank you for letting us stay."

"We stayed here over Christmas and had such a lovely stay. First time in Crail and it did not disappoint. Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. Very close to the beach which was great for us as we brought our dogs and we loved taking them for a walk by the sea. The house had everything we needed, especially the kitchen which was important for cooking Christmas dinner. Overall a great stay and if I’m ever back in Crail, I would definitely book this house again. Thanks"

"We fell in love with this cosy well appointed cottage, the views are lovely and the garden a bonus - we’ll be back!! We loved the cottage - cosy calm with beautiful views - I watched the sunrise from the kitchen - the garden is lovely and the location of the cottage ideal - central to explore Crail and surrounding area - only drawback was 8 adults and one shower - we had a wedding in the cow shed but the cottage was so lovely that we add ll just formed a queue! Oh yes more mugs please!!"
