Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.

We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.

If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:

• Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
• Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.

For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.

All members of our group were unanimous in praise for the apartment and in fact wanted to extend our stay, but sadly we had to move onto our next destination. The location, convenience in access, decoration, service quality and cleanliness were all excellent and would certainly enjoy returning.

This was the trip of a lifetime. Thanks to where we were staying 20 Golf Place.. the perfect location from which to embark upon our seven rounds of golf in eight days, including the old course. Looking out over the 18th green of the Old Course very day was not only inspirational, but it was memorable after we played the old course.

"We were visiting St Andrews for the 21st birthday celebration of our favourite student. Accommodation had been booked a week in advance but had fallen through at the last minute. By the same form of miraculous serendipity, we found ourselves at 20 Golf Place! And what a find!! We have all enjoyed a wonderfully comfortable stay in this stunning apartment. "What a wonderful place to stay. The hamper on arrival, with drinks in the fridge, a very welcome sign after a long journey. The flat is beautiful with anything you could want. The view to the course is fabulous. We are so looking forward to Staying here next year for the hadies open. I hope we left is as we found it, Perfect. Althrough the golf was cancelled and the weather poor, we found the time to shop and enjoy going out for meals. It is the perfect place to stay and a beautiful decorated flat, one of the best if not the best we have stayed in. Thank you for everything as we said we are so looking forward to staying in 2024.
