• No smoking inside the lodge

• Smoking permitted outside — please dispose of cigarette butts responsibly

• Maximum of two small dogs

• No glassware permitted in the hot tub

• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum

• Strict quiet hours after 10:00 pm

• A security deposit will be pre-authorised before arrival and refunded within 72 hours of departure, subject to no damage
