The great location is just a few steps away from the historic 18th hole of the Old Course, the large front storm door leads to a spacious vestibule and hall. From there, the stairs lead up two small flights of stairs to where the private front door to the apartment can be found.

On entering the St Andrews accommodation, you are immediately aware of the light and airy interior design, floor-to-ceiling triple mirrors, with built-in storage and shelving around the hall. The inside of the apartment is all on one floor.

The hallway leads to the left towards the centrepiece of the home - a spacious and beautifully furnished open-plan living, kitchen and dining room. There is a delightful kitchen table with seating for 6, comfortable sofas and armchairs, as well as cushioned window seats to enable you to make the most of the view. There is a large wall-mounted flat screen tv and modern electric fireplace, to add warmth to this relaxing and multi-functional space. It is ideal for both entertaining and relaxing.

Also to the left of the hallway, is a double bedroom with wall-mounted flat screen tv, an immaculate modern ensuite and standalone shower. There is a twin set of chairs and table to enjoy the spectacular corner bay window view from this bedroom.

Turning right along the hallway, there are a further two well-appointed bedrooms, one a twin and one a double. Both these rooms have lovely large windows, a flat screen tv, with plenty of folding and hanging space on offer. The double room at the end of the hallway offers a surprisingly large, gorgeously appointed bathroom, with Jack and Jill sinks, a large walk-in power-shower, standalone bath and ensuite. It will not disappoint!

Quite simply the perfect St Andrews accommodation, this apartment offers a bird’s eye view over the Royal and Ancient Golf Club, golf courses and out to sea, that is beyond compare. With an array of bars and restaurants close by, the property is easily reachable by car from Dundee Airport and local train stations.

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.

    We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.

    If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:

    • Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
    • Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.

    For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.
