Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.
We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.
If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:
- Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
- Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.
For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.

We had a wonderful time. The lodge was fantastic, equipped with everything you would need and the decor was very high spec. A wonderful view from the decking topped it off.
The resort is lovely – staff very attentive and helpful – nothing was too much bother.
Had a lovely lunch in the restaurant and enjoyed the bar area every day!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely lodge.
The lodge was immaculate, spacious and clean with great views over the surrounding countryside.

18th birthday surprise
We had a lovely stay for my nephews 18th. He totally loved it. Caravan was beautiful.
Very relaxing. Dans cafe is lovely. They are so friendly. And coffee is delicious.
Restaurant is stunning. But we never ate in restaurant due to the cost. It was very expensive. But everyone was so nice.
Facilities on site are great.
