This self-catering 2 Bedroom Luxury Lodge offers everything you need for a perfect stay. The open and modern kitchen/diner/lounge area features a dining table with chairs, an electric fire, and patio doors that lead out to a fully enclosed private deck. The lounge provides ample seating, and the comfortable sofa bed is available to accommodate any extra guests who may wish to join you for a night or two. Please remember to request linen and towels if you plan to use the sofa bed.
The well-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a spacious fridge-freezer, a gas cooker with a grill and oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
The lodge comprises 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and features an en-suite toilet with a wash hand basin. The second bedroom offers two single beds. The family bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a wash hand basin, and a toilet.
Linen and towels are provided to ensure a more enjoyable stay.

Resort facilities may be seasonal and are under separate ownership/management by Stewart Resort. It is, therefore, important to check beforehand if your lodge hire depends on any of the facilities offered being open during your intended stay.

Lodge Rules:

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. Early check-in/late check-out must be confirmed with the Premier Stays Fife.
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
Smoking is permitted outside the lodge but please dispose of your butts responsibly.
Parking is available for 2 cars any more than this should be parked in the main car park
Be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.

We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.

If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:
- Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
- Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.
For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.
