St Andrews is only a short 5-minute drive away, or if you prefer, a regular local bus service stops directly in front of the resort gates, providing easy transportation to St Andrews and nearby towns.
We have meticulously considered all the on-site amenities to provide you with the utmost comfort during your stay. You can unwind in the private hot tub, cosy up by the fire, and enjoy access to the health suite, including a sauna and steam room. Furthermore, this property is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring your furry friends along.

Resort facilities may be seasonal and are under separate ownership/management by Stewart Resort. It is, therefore, important to check beforehand if your lodge hire depends on any of the facilities offered being open during your intended stay.

Lodge Rules:
- Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
- Smoking is permitted outside the lodge, but please dispose of your butts responsibly.
- Parking is available for two cars.
- Dogs are permitted to stay at this property – however, no more than two small dogs.
- Glass tumblers and glass bottles are not permitted inside the hot tub - please use plastic
- Be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum
- There is a strict no-noise policy after 10 pm.
- Damages deposit will be pre-authorised before your arrival. This is refundable 72 hours after your departure, providing no damage is caused.

  • Cancellation policy

    Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.

    We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.

    If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:

    • Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
    • Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.

    For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.

    "Thank you, we had a lovely stay and would stay again.

    The lodge itself was great and very clean and had everything you needed.

    The Hot tub was fab and it had a great view.

    I also have to compliment the owners/staff in Dan's Shop. I visited them one evening about 5pm for lemonade which they did not have in stock but within an hour and a half they were knocking on our Lodge door with a bottle. Excellent customer service.

    I want to thank the admin staff as well as you have all been excellent and very helpful.

    Overall we had a great stay apart from the mattress which did spoil our sleep and gave me a bad back but as I said we would definitely visit again.

    "Just returned from a brill week at Stewarts Resort. Ideal location, park was well kept and staff very helpful. Our lodge was very clean and equipped with all amenities you would need. Only thing missing was a drier to dry off towels etc. for out on patio area. Will defo back!"
