This luxury lodge, with beautiful countryside views, can accommodate up to six people comfortably with two bedrooms and a separate snug room with a sofa bed. The lodge has plenty of living space with its modern open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner and utility room to store any outdoor bikes or scooters the kids want to bring with them. This lodge benefits from a completely enclosed deck, so your fur baby is safe to be left outdoors enjoying the fresh air whilst you take a dip in the hot tub, which is sunk into the deck so ideal for anyone with mobility issues.So, whether you're looking for a family holiday or a last minute weekend getaway with your BFF's the Rivendale 52 at Stewarts Resort has everything you need for a truly memorable stay.
As a self-catering lodge you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave & wine cooler. Master bedroom with en suite shower room, w.c & wash hand basin and second bedroom with two single beds, which can also be made up into a double bed (please request on your booking ). There is a cosy snug just set off the lounge with a double sofa bed and bi-fold doors for privacy. Please request extra linen for the sofa bed if necessary (an additional fee applies ). There is a large modern open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with ample comfy seating, smart TV, Wi-fi, dining table & chairs and a door leading off into the utility area, perfect for storing kids' bikes, scooters & outdoor games equipment.

Resort facilities may be seasonal and are under separate ownership/management by Stewart Resort. It is, therefore, important to check beforehand if your lodge hire depends on any of the facilities offered being open during your intended stay.
Lodge Rules:
- Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
- Smoking is permitted outside the lodge, but please dispose of your butts responsibly.
- Parking is available for two cars.
- Dogs are permitted to stay at this property – however, no more than two small dogs.
- Glass tumblers and glass bottles are not permitted inside the hot tub - please use plastic
- Be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum
- There is a strict no-noise policy after 10 pm.
- Damages deposit will be pre-authorised before your arrival. This is refundable 72 hours after your departure, providing no damage is caused.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.
We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.
If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:
- Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
- Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.
For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.

"Stunning park with great walks for the dog. If your looking for a bit peace and quiet away from town then this is for you. So well maintained and stunning views. Close enough to St Andrews if you want to pop in for the day. Lovely on-site restaurant with stunning chateaubriand , a must for beef lovers. Looking forward to our return."

Lodge 52 was fantastic. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable with everything you needed for your self catering holiday. Furnishings were of a good quality. Hot tub was a great addition. Staff always there to help if you had any problems. We have booked lodge 52 again as we found it so relaxing like home from home.resort is well maintained. 3 miles to St Andrews on local bus which stops right outside resort entrance and is every hour.

"This place is unreal, everything you need and more. We stayed as a mother and daughters girls weekend. It was so relaxing, so close to everything you needed, we did a click and collect from Morrisons which was only 5 mins down the road. The taxi service to and from town was excellent. The restaurant and staff at the resort were so lovely, welcoming and helpful as was the lodge host. The hot tub was brilliant too. Overall, the place excelled itself, there was plenty of information about St Andrews, taxi numbers, menus ect, the facilities were fab from a wine cooler to dishwasher and a beautiful welcome box of tasty treats. Only thing was we couldn't get the En Suite shower to heat up but the other shower worked perfectly so we just used that instead. We hadn't said to the owner as we were in a dash to get ready but I'm sure if we had it would of been an easy and quick fix. Thank you so so much for a brilliant weekend, we will definitely return!"
