The Marlow 55 at Stewarts Resort offers a contemporary and well-equipped kitchen featuring a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, and ironing board. The open-plan kitchen seamlessly connects to the dining and lounge area, which includes a dining table with chairs, a comfortable corner sofa, and a television. Adjacent to the lounge, the patio doors lead to a private and fully enclosed deck area with outdoor furniture. You will find the hot tub outside the front door of the lodge.
This lodge comfortably accommodates four guests, and for additional visitors, a sofa bed is available in the lounge. Please request extra linen for the sofa bed if necessary (an additional fee applies ). The master bedroom boasts a beautiful double bed, ample storage space for clothing, and an en-suite toilet and wash hand basin. The second bedroom features two single beds and a small wardrobe with drawers below. The family bathroom includes a toilet, wash hand basin, and a separate shower enclosure.
Bed linen and towels will be provided (please remember to request extra for the sofa bed if necessary). However, please bring your own towels for use in the hot tub.
Throughout your stay, you can enjoy unlimited access to Stewarts Resort facilities, including the health spa, which offers a gym, sauna, and steam room.

Resort facilities may be seasonal and are under separate ownership/management by Stewart Resort. It is, therefore, important to check beforehand if your lodge hire depends on any of the facilities offered being open during your intended stay.

Lodge Rules:

Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. Early check-in/late check-out must be confirmed with the Premier Stays Fife.
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge.
Smoking is permitted outside the lodge, but please dispose of your butts responsibly.
Parking is available for two cars any more than this should be parked in the main car park
Glass tumblers and glass bottles are not permitted inside the hot tub - please use plastic
Be respectful of your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum
There is a strict no-noise policy after 10 pm

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.

We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.

If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:
- Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
- Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.
For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.

Given a lovely welcome on arrival at Stewart’s Resort. The cabin is modern and spotless with everything supplied that you could think of. Not a good connection for the tv but when you are on holiday the tv is not a priority. I’m sure if any of this was mentioned to staff then it would be looked in to as nothing seemed a bother. I would certainly recommend the Stewart’s Resort in Fife (just outside St Andrews) to anyone. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from my sister and me.
