We can’t believe that it’s been a whole year since we launched Premier Stays! To mark this milestone moment, we thought that we’d give you a quick overview of our company’s history and values… 

The first property to be added to our books was The Swallows, a modern three-bedroom property in the quaint village of Kingsbarns. The modern cottage is tucked away and blissfully quiet, but with easy access to all the local amenities and attractions — a fantastic retreat for families, golfers, and couples looking to soak up the beaches, golf courses, eateries, walks, and museums in the East Neuk! Since then, we have built up a wide portfolio of hand-selected properties, all of which are great value and high quality and come with a hotel level of housekeeping and presentation.

From luxury apartments overlooking the Old Course, to quaint cottages by the sea, contemporary lodges with hot tubs, and large Victorian villas, there’s something for families and groups of every size, shape, and budget.
