Stewarts Resort offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the wonders of St. Andrews. Enjoy exclusive access to a spacious lodge nestled within over 170 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds and woodland walks that lead to the nearby Cameron Reservoir, only three miles from St. Andrews. The lodge is impeccably finished and features a private deck, convenient parking, a generous living space, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. Additionally, there is a versatile snug room that can serve as an office, kids' room, or an extra bedroom if needed.

The lodge comfortably sleeps six guests, with a master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds that can be arranged as a double bed, and a versatile snug room with a double sofa bed. Linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

During your stay, you will have unlimited access to the resort's outstanding facilities, including a health spa, gym, sauna, and steam room. Other facilities at Stewarts Resort include a restaurant, a resort shop, a golf simulator, beauty services, a children's play park, and a mini-golf course. Please note that resort facilities may be seasonal and are under separate ownership/management by Stewart Resort. Also, please check beforehand if your lodge hire depends on any of the open facilities during your intended stay.

The following are the lodge rules:

- Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am.

- Smoking is not allowed inside the lodge, but permitted outside.

- Parking is available for two cars.

- Two small dogs are allowed on the property.

- Please keep noise to a minimum and adhere to a strict no-noise policy after 10 pm.

- A damages deposit will be pre-authorized before your arrival and will be refundable 72 hours after your departure, provided no damage is caused.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be notified to and received by us in writing (preferably by email) and once received we will confirm and process your cancellation request.

We offer Flexible Cancellation which removes the stress and worry of booking your holiday. You can cancel your booking and obtain a full refund of the lodging costs you have paid for up to ninety (90) days before the Holiday Commencement Date. For example, if your Holiday Commencement Date is a Saturday, then you can cancel as late as the prior Saturday. However, we ask that you give us as much notice as possible about your cancellation.

If you cancel in less than 90 days of the Holiday Commencement Date then date, you may be due a partial refund from your booking:
- Between 90 days – 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date will refund 35% less of the total accommodation cost (the “Deposit”)
- Less than 30 days of the Holiday Commencement Date no refund will be issued (100% of the holiday cost will be forfeited), as we will have incurred costs and are unlikely to be able to re-let our accommodation in such short period of time.
For this reason, we strongly recommend you take out your own travel insurance for UK holidays which covers booking cancellations. This will give you the peace of mind that you will get your money back if you need to cancel your holiday at almost the last minute. If you choose not to, you accept responsibility for any loss you may incur due to your cancellation.
